Summary
We began with focusing all God has done for us in Psalm 34 seeing that God is a god
who delivers us from all our fears and blesses all who take refuge in him. He is worthy
of all praise and worship. Esther shared a reading of Hebrews 7:23-28 and heard that
Jesus, has permanent priesthood. Not only does he save completely those who come to
him, but he lives to intercede for us all. He meets our need, He was the atoning sacrifice
for our sins.
This week’s sermon was based on Mark 10:46-52 which was about Bartimaeus the
blind beggar. We saw how Jesus treated others and were challenged to follow his
example. What does compassion look like in your daily life? Are you seeking ways to
live a life of compassion for others?
